Amanda Nakaielua Elyse Ribao

MAF is pleased to announce Amanda Nakaielua Elyse Ribao as its new Executive Director. It is an exciting time for MAF as the organization expands and continues to serve the Maui County community with new leadership. Through Amanda's leadership, the foundation is looking forward to serving more community members than ever before with a broader vision and additional services. She brings a wealth of experience with MAF that will carry the organization on to new and exciting ways to serve Maui County. Amanda has demonstrated enduring commitment with compassion, resilience, strong vision, and a special heart for the people of Maui County. As an organization, MAF is thrilled to see the amazing things that will happen in the community with Amanda's leadership!

Amanda started volunteering at the agency as a teenager and after graduating from Kamehameha Schools Maui Campus she received degrees in Public Health: Epidemiology and Business Administration. She began at MAF as a Medical Case Manager, providing a wide range of comprehensive care to our MAF clients.  With her excellent skills and dedication, she worked her way up to be Director of Client Services, leading a team of Case Managers with a lasting impact on the quality of life of our clients, and a lasting influence on her staff.  Her dedication to the organization and her staff throughout her history at MAF has brought an immeasurable amount of value, health to the community, and a type of leadership that creates positive movement, hope, and growth.
