Jade will always remain an invaluable gift to our MAF clients. Her dedication and compassion for them was beyond compare. Even in the midst of her own health struggles, they were a top priority and concern. She always wanted to make sure they were taken care of and given the very best o everything. Her legacy will live through all of the beautiful, heartfelt, loving, compassionate  work she did for her clients and MAF

Jade's sense of humor and ability to use this humor proved to be a bright light among many. She had the ability to laugh and make others laugh no matter what challenges she faced. She understood life in ways that are rare and ways that influence others forever. She was an angel on this earth. Her heart was not only made of gold, but it was one of the most genuine and compassionate.  She understood what is truly important in this life. She put her heart, time, soul and joy into these things. Jade was joy. She was light. She was unwavering strength. She was influential. intelligent, talented, and compassionate beyond compare. Jade was an extremely talented and gifted artist, her pieces and rare creativity emulate who she was and will remain part of her legacy.

Jade was a stellar, loving , and loyal friend. She was an incredible Case Manager. She was the kind of person others  aspire to be, to face challenge with such bravery and to spread love in grand ways. Jade's heart was indisputable. Her energy was graceful and calm. She brought peace to all who were so lucky to love her. We learned so much from Jade and her bright, extraordinary soul. She was such a light, love, aloha and hope to others.

Much love, light and aloha from the MAF ohana to Jade's wife, Audrey, her sister, Linda, the rest of her her ohana, and friends that loved her so much
