Ohana Fuels selected MAF as the second-quarter beneficiary for its “Fuel Up. Do Good.” program, donating $6,521.69 to aid in its efforts to continue to keep the Maui Community healthy and cared for.  From April 1 to June 30, 2021, a portion of the proceeds from every gallon of gasoline purchased at Ohana Fuels locations on Maui was donated to Maui AIDS Foundation.

Ohana Fuels’ generous donation will help MAF to provide free, vital health services to our Maui County community. Free clinical testing, a food pantry, housing assistance, prevention education, youth and family support groups, linkage to medical and dental care, medications, insurance enrollment, and drug prevention programs will be supported through this donation. The generosity and compassion shown for the communities that Ohana Fuels serves is truly one of a kind. Ohana Fuels has a mission of partnering with Maui and Hawai‘i Island organizations to serve those in need, and MAF is honored to participate in providing the long-term impact that this program supports.

As a part of the “Fuel Up. Do Good.” program, MAF and Ohana Fuels hosted two car washes that received a strong show of support from the Maui community. These events were a large part of the donation to MAF programs. Mahalo to all community members who came out to support MAF!
